Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period and are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@deckly.one within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case. We reserve the right to offer a pro-rated refund at our discretion for unused subscription periods in exceptional circumstances.
